Associates Group of Companies raises thousands of dollars to support Family Tree through their Associates Group "Climbing for a Cause" fund-raising endeavor. Beginning in 2008, Associates Group "Climbing for a Cause" co-founders Mark Sheedy and Shawn Tracy ascended Mt. Rainier in their inaugural climb and Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2009. Through donations and sponsorships Associates Group "Climbing for a Cause" has raised thousands of dollars for Family Tree and was honored with the program's 2010 Community Award.
